Flags: shipping from China
Our flags ship directly from our factory in China.
- Processing: 2-3 business days.
- Shipping transit: approximately 10-15 business days after dispatch for deliveries to the contiguous United States and Washington, DC.
- Estimated total time from order to delivery: 12-18 business days.
Other products: shipping from the United States
All other products ship from the United States within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. This is the processing time before dispatch. Delivery time is additional and varies by destination and shipping service.
Shipping charges and import duties
Standard 2x3-foot and 3x5-foot flags include free standard shipping and import duties for delivery to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Applicable sales tax is calculated separately at checkout.
Oversized flags and all other products may have shipping charges, which are displayed at checkout.
Shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses, and international destinations are calculated at checkout. The free flag shipping offer and flag delivery estimates above do not apply to these destinations.
Orders with multiple products
Orders containing flags and other products may arrive in separate shipments because they ship from different locations.
Delivery estimates
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier, customs, or holiday delays may affect arrival dates. If you need your order for a specific event, please allow enough time before ordering.
